Car buying and ownership is changing rapidly and now more than ever the industry needs to innovate

When 2020 started we might have thought the automotive industry was facing massive change from the CASES model: Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric and Sustainable.

Now, in light of the pandemic, we can see that these factors are overshadowed by the new realities of an uncertain world. How people buy and own cars may changed radically. How cars and other vehicles are built and delivered will change. How employees work in the industry and interact with customers and vendors is changing faster than anyone is prepared to understand or accommodate.
