Your next luxury car could double as a powerful edge computing node, working in tandem with an intelligent network to transform our mobility ecosystem into a connected web of contextually aware vehicles.

The automotive industry is at the precipice of a technological step change in computing capability, driven by the convergence of edge computing, artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies.

This synergy promises to transform how we think about and interact with vehicles and transportation systems. By leveraging insights from the Automotive Edge Computing Consortium (AECC) white paper on Digital Twins, we can explore the groundbreaking potential of using both service provider edge nodes and luxury cars as edge computing resources for AI models in the context of automotive digital twins.
