DIMO, the car data and application platform provider, had an exciting week as they made significant progress towards their mission of building the largest, most useful IoT network of user-owned devices, starting with cars. The mission of DIMO is to empower users to take ownership of their IoT assets and build next-generation mobility apps and services on a secure, user-owned platform. In the trusted machine age, users will own and delegate access to their connected devices, ensuring that they work for their owners and not the companies that built them. Developers will be able to compete on their merits, rather than on access to gated distribution channels, and privacy and regulatory oversight will coexist under transparent rules.
